The role of the IT Support Intern is to help support and maintain in-house work stations, mobile devices, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance for end users. This position will also be responsible for providing over the phone technical support for Sandhills Publishing’s consumer computer magazines. This will include answering any technical questions, either by phone or via email, related to PC hardware and software. They will work closely with a Web site design team to help them troubleshoot dealer specific websites. They will be involved with daily backup and restore operations. Assume other duties as assigned.
