Sandhills Publishing Luxembourg Office Relocates To Larger Space

LINCOLN, Nebraska — July 17, 2015

Sandhills’ Luxembourg office, one of three international locations that together compose Sandhills East, has relocated to a larger office space in Senningerberg, just outside of Luxembourg City. The new space will accommodate an office staff that continues to grow to serve the increasing demand for Sandhills’ products and services in markets across Europe.

Sandhills first opened an office location in Luxembourg in 2012 with fewer than 10 employees. The transition to a larger office is a direct result of the significant growth of MarketBook and MarketBook.com, Sandhills’ international resources for buyers and sellers in the trucking, construction, agriculture, and heavy machinery industries. “MarketBook is having great success across Europe,” explains Luxembourg-based Marketing Manager Jordane Ziebel. “In order to meet the needs of each market, we’ve brought on numerous sales and marketing representatives, and we’re constantly looking for new people,” she adds, noting that the diverse team of employees in Luxembourg now includes over 40 members.

The relocation is part of a larger trend of company-wide growth for Sandhills: In addition to the recent launch of several new products, including RentalYard.com and NeedALender.com, Sandhills’ is currently constructing a new IT facility on its Lincoln, Nebraska campus that is expected to accommodate over 100 additional employees. The company has also relocated office staff in Brisbane to a larger space, with plans to relocate its Madrid, Spain location at the end of the summer.

“Given the opportunities we’ve had to bring buyers and sellers together, not only in Europe but around the world, we have continued to add staff quickly to serve our customers and markets,” explains Sandhills’ Chief Administration Officer Nancy Paasch. “Every day we hear numerous success stories of sellers connecting with buyers of equipment locally and internationally. As those markets continue to expand, we will as well.”
