Sandhills Publishing Hosts Annual Global Forum in Lincoln, Nebraska

Sandhills Publishing kicks off its annual Global Forum, a three-day event that welcomes equipment and parts dealers, manufacturers, fleet owners and operators, rental and leasing companies, auctioneers, and other professionals across the agriculture, trucking, construction, heavy machinery, and aviation industries. Over 400 industry leaders from the United States, Mexico, and Canada will participate in open workshops, roundtable discussions, and forum-style seminars. Sandhills will also introduce its newest products and services, and announce rollouts for those on the horizon.

The 2016 Global Forum is an opportunity for business leaders to gain industry insights, grow professional relationships, and leverage their partnerships with Sandhills to improve internal efficiencies through results-oriented, cost-effective business tools. On Wednesday, attendees will participate in a broad range of open workshops on topics that include leveraging Sandhills’ cloud-hosted business apps, growing and measuring return on investment, establishing and maintaining an effective presence online, lucrative online equipment auctions, growing rental programs, moving equipment at wholesale, and capitalizing on viable international markets.

Vendor expos provide forum guests with opportunities to consult with exhibitors across various sectors of the industries. Wednesday’s afternoon keynote speaker, George Hedley, will address strategies for growing business through loyal customer relationships. A general contractor and successful business owner for more than three decades, Hedley is highly regarded for his insights on building lean, systemized, and profitable companies. Forum guests will also participate in industry-specific roundtable discussions, providing a chance to collaborate on challenges, share strategies, and network with other industry leaders. Wednesday’s events will conclude with an evening reception at Sandhills' 68-acre campus headquarters in north Lincoln.

Sandhills will also outline key product feature updates; among them are PaySAFE (an escrow service for buyers and sellers), Make An Offer (a direct connection to sellers for buyers looking to purchase assets right away), as well as text alerts for leads and new customizable features for premium websites hosted through Sandhills.

Attendees will also learn about products not yet released, such as NeedAnInsurer.com, which connects insurance providers with those seeking policies, and NeedWorkToday.com, which connects employers with those seeking employment across the trucking, agriculture, construction, and aviation industries.
